ThundrGirl Terms of Service

1What the service is

ThundrGirl provides browser-based random video matching: private rooms that pair two adults at random, with video, voice and text running side by side, plus skip, block and report controls on screen at all times. The service is free to start, and optional coins extend longer sessions. Features may be added, adjusted or retired as the product grows; the terms hold whatever shape the service takes.

2Who may use it

You must be at least 18 — or older where your local law sets the bar higher. Using ThundrGirl is your confirmation that you qualify. We do not knowingly serve minors, and any account we reasonably believe involves someone underage is terminated on the spot.

3Rules of conduct

The one-line version: treat the stranger on your screen like a person. In binding detail, you agree not to:

• Do anything illegal on camera, or use a match to plan something illegal
• Harass, threaten or demean anyone, including any form of hate speech
• Behave sexually explicitly on camera, or push anyone else toward it
• Record, screenshot or photograph another user, or circulate their image anywhere
• Pretend to be someone you are not in order to deceive a match
• Spam, advertise, pitch or solicit, or point bots and scripts at the service

The community guidelines explain the thinking behind each line. Serious or repeated breaches end access permanently.

4Coins and payments

Coins are virtual items inside ThundrGirl, not currency. They hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, traded for money, moved between users or spent anywhere outside the service. Prices appear before every purchase, and a purchase confirms the payment method is yours to use.

All sales are final and non-refundable, apart from rights the law grants that we cannot exclude — the refund policy names the exceptions precisely. Coins left unspent are forfeited when you delete your account, or when we close it for breaking these terms. A failed payment or a technical error that credits you wrongly gets fixed by [email protected].

5Disclaimers

ThundrGirl comes "as is" and "as available". We engineer hard for fast matching and reliability, but uninterrupted service is not a promise we make, and no one pre-screens the strangers you may meet. Your conversations remain your own responsibility — keep skip, block and report within reach, and read is Thundr safe before a long first session. Where the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages flowing from your use of the service.

6Ending or losing access

We may suspend or permanently close access for breaches of these terms, with or without warning as the severity demands, and illegal activity may be handed to the authorities. You can walk away whenever you like, since there is no subscription to cancel; registered users can delete their account in settings.

7Changes to these terms

Updates are posted on this page with a new date. Keep using ThundrGirl after an update and you accept the new version. Anything unclear in a clause can go to [email protected].
