1The short version
ThundrGirl runs on the least data a live matching service can survive on. We gather the technical and usage information the product needs to function, nothing from your camera or microphone is ever recorded, and one email is enough to have your data erased.
2Information we collect
Four groups, and nothing outside them:
- Device and technical data — browser type and version, OS, screen size, plus a coarse region inferred from your IP address so matches connect fast
- Usage data — which pages you open, which buttons you press, how many matches get started, session lengths, and crash reports when something breaks
- Account data, only if you register — the email you hand us, your coin balance and your preferences
- Support mail — what you send us and what we answer, so follow-ups have context
3What we never collect
Your real name, home address and phone number are none of our business. We never touch your contact list, we skip precise GPS location, and the photos and files on your device stay invisible to us. Above all: the audio and video of your calls are never recorded, stored or reviewed.
4Your camera and your calls
Calls travel over WebRTC, which connects the two browsers in a room directly, peer to peer — the streams pass between you and your match rather than through a recording server.
One honest clarification: the product does keep a history list of your recent calls. That is a note that a session happened — never a copy of anything said or shown during it. Wiping your account takes that history down with everything else.
6Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, which pages get used and where people drop off. It observes page views and interaction patterns — never anything inside a call. Google's own privacy policy governs what happens on its side, and it offers an opt-out on its site.
7Your rights and deletion
You can browse ThundrGirl as a guest, entirely account-free. Registered users can remove their account from settings or by mailing [email protected] — deletion requests are treated as urgent and answered within 48 hours. Deletion is final: profile, call history and leftover coins are gone for good. A narrow band of anti-abuse and security logging is kept briefly where the law demands it, then thrown away.
8Changes and questions
When this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a fresh date at the top, and major changes are announced on the site itself. Anything unclear goes to [email protected] or the contact page.
