1The one inbox

Write to [email protected]. Every kind of question lands here — technical trouble, coin purchases, privacy and deletion requests, moderation follow-ups, even press. A single address means nothing gets lost between departments, and whoever picks up your message can loop in the right person immediately. The inbox is monitored every day, weekends included, and nothing in the queue is answered by a bot.

There is deliberately no phone line and no chat widget. Email leaves both sides a written trail, and it gives us room to actually investigate your account before answering, instead of improvising in a chat window.

2What to include

A precise first message usually earns a complete first reply. Put these in:

  • What you were doing when things went wrong — opening a match, buying coins, changing a setting
  • Your device and browser, like "Pixel 8, Chrome" or "MacBook, Safari"
  • A screenshot when something looks broken
  • The email tied to your account, if you registered one
  • For billing questions, the rough time and amount of the charge

Never include your password or full card number. Nobody from ThundrGirl will ever ask for those by email.

3How fast we answer

Every message gets a human reply within 48 hours; most hear back far sooner. Deletion and privacy requests jump the queue. Billing questions move fastest when the first email already carries the time and amount, because we can pull the transaction straight away instead of mailing back to ask.

If two days pass in silence, look in your spam folder — replies occasionally land there — then forward your original message again. We would rather read it twice than leave you hanging.

4Check the help center first

The help center already answers the questions we hear every week: camera permission, skip, block and report, coins, free matches, account deletion. Two minutes there beats 48 hours here — but if it does not solve your problem, write to us.

5Reporting another user

If someone crossed a line during a call, hit the report button inside the room first — it lands with moderators carrying the session context attached, which no email can match. For a follow-up afterwards, tell us roughly when it happened and what occurred.

Please do not attach recordings or screenshots of the other person. Capturing a match's image is itself banned by the community guidelines, and we cannot accept it as evidence.

6What email cannot fix

Two honest limits. We cannot reunite you with someone you skipped — matching is random on purpose, and we keep no directory of who met whom for that. And we cannot disclose anything about another user, whatever the reason; the privacy policy shows exactly how little we hold about anyone.

We also have no power over things that happened on other sites or apps. If a problem began on ThundrGirl and drifted elsewhere, tell us the ThundrGirl part, because that is the only part we can verify and act on.
