1The short answer
Coin purchases on ThundrGirl are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. Two exceptions exist — an accidental purchase you have not spent, and a duplicate or failed charge — and both are handled fast when you contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction.
2Why coins are not refundable
Coins are virtual items consumed inside the service, not a balance of real money. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another user, and once any part of a bundle is spent it cannot be returned. This is the standard rule for virtual goods, and it is also stated in the terms of service you accept when you buy.
If you are unsure whether you will use coins, start with the smallest bundle. It is the cheapest way to find out.
3The exceptions
Two situations qualify for a refund:
- An accidental purchase where the coins are completely unused — a child tapped buy, or you picked the wrong bundle and never touched it
- A duplicate or failed charge — you were billed twice for one bundle, or billed for coins that never arrived
In both cases, write to [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge. Later requests about genuinely unused accidental purchases are still reviewed, but the 48-hour window is where we can act fastest and with the fewest questions.
4What to send us
A refund request that arrives with everything takes hours, not days:
- The email tied to your account, if you registered one
- The approximate date, time and amount of the charge
- The receipt or payment confirmation, if you have one
- One line on what happened — accidental tap, double charge, coins missing
5How a dispute plays out
Support confirms the transaction on our side, checks whether the coins were spent, and answers within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method, and banks typically take a few business days to show them. If the answer is no, we tell you why in writing and point to the exact clause behind the decision.
Where consumer law in your country grants you rights beyond this policy, those rights stand — nothing written here overrides them.
6A word on chargebacks
Please mail us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the transaction for weeks, while support can usually resolve the same case in two days. Accounts involved in chargebacks over delivered, consumed coins may be suspended while the dispute is investigated — not as punishment, but because we cannot leave a paid balance active while its payment is contested.
7Account deletion and leftover coins
Deleting your account forfeits any coins still on it — they are virtual items bound to the account, with no cash value to return. If a technical fault on our side ever eats coins you paid for, that is our error to fix regardless of this policy: write to us and the balance gets restored.
