1How do I start a video chat on ThundrGirl?

Open the home page and hit start, or go directly to start a match. When the browser asks for camera and mic, say yes — the room opens the moment a match is found. It all happens in seconds — no registration wall blocks your first match. Prefer to ease in? Begin voice-only and flip the camera on when you feel ready.

2Why does ThundrGirl ask for camera and microphone access?

Because face to face is the whole product — a video chat cannot happen with the camera off on both sides. The permission prompt comes from your browser, which stays in charge of it. You can withdraw access anytime from the padlock icon near the address bar, and ThundrGirl simply waits until you allow it again.

3My camera or microphone is not working. How do I fix it?

Work through this list in order — it clears nearly every case:

• Open the padlock icon by the address bar and make sure both camera and mic are set to allow
• Shut down anything else that might be holding the camera — Zoom, Teams, FaceTime
• With more than one camera or mic connected, check the browser selected the right one
• Reload the page; if it still fails, switch browsers to pin down where the fault lives

Nine times out of ten, the first step solves it.

4What do skip, block and report actually do?

Skip closes the current room and opens a fresh match — use it as often as you like, no explanation owed to anyone. Block makes sure the two of you are never matched again. Report sends the conversation to human moderators, so reserve it for genuine violations of the community guidelines, not dull small talk. All three stay on screen for the entire call.

5What are coins and how do they work?

Coins are the virtual balance inside ThundrGirl. First matches are free; coins keep a great conversation alive past the free stretch. Bundles are priced on screen before anything is charged, so the cost is never a surprise. Coins are not money — they cannot be cashed out, swapped or handed to another user. The terms of service carry the full wording, and the refund policy explains the rare exceptions.

6Is ThundrGirl free to use?

Free to start — your opening matches cost nothing, and no paywall guards the first room. Longer sessions can run on coins if you choose to keep going. The boundary between free and paid is spelled out before you spend anything, so nothing ambushes you later.

7Do I have to create an account?

No. Guests can match immediately — that is half the point of the site. An account becomes useful if you want your coin balance and settings to follow you between devices, but meeting someone never requires one.

8How do I delete my ThundrGirl account?

If you registered, the delete option lives in your settings, or email [email protected] from the account address and we will take care of it. Deletion wipes your profile and any coins still on it — coins are not returned, as the refund policy explains. A thin slice of security logging is held briefly for abuse prevention and legal reasons, then discarded.

9Who can see my video calls?

Only the person in the room with you. Rooms are built for two — no audience, no group room, no comment stream. Call audio and video are not recorded or stored on our side. Even so, keep details like your full name, home address and workplace off camera; the privacy policy maps out the data side in full.
